Purpose of the Position

1.Monitor and Report Performance of plant equipment to increase availability of assets

监控和报告设备状况并提高设备利用率

2.Implementation of reliability maintenance, develop FMEA, RCM, PdM technologies and optimize PM to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness

实施可靠性维修，利用工具分析设备维修状况, 更新维修策略, 提高OEE
3.Develop new supplier, new material and new procedure for key equipment to reduce plant operation cost and increase reliability.

开发关键设备新供应商，新材料和新流程来降低装置运行成本，提高可靠性
4.Training Mechanic, Selection, Supervision and Development contractors, to ensure that qualified engineering and maintenance resources

培训指导机修团队，选择，监督和开发承包商，保证合格的工程和维修资源

Key Accountabilities

1. Leading Asset Integrity program in site, Ensure relevant laws, regulations and company’s HSES standard are being followed.
负责现场的设备完整性，确保符合相关法律法规和公司的HSES规范

2. Responsible for the strategy of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, Responsible for caused analyse of equipment failure and prepare action plan according to root cause
负责制定预防性维修和故障维修的策略，负责设备故障的原因分析，并针对更本原因采取行动方案

3. Reporting the OEE monthly and take lead of L6S improvement projects
月度报告设备OEE数据，并负责L6S改善项目

4. Take part in HAZOP study and act as site mechanical responsible engineer.
参加危害风险分析并担任现场机械责任工程师

5. Implementation of reliability technical for all phase of Assets , analyse current system or new project by FMEA, RCM technologies and optimize project design ,manufacture ,construction, operation and PM
对资产的全流程应用可靠性技术，利用FEMA, RCM,技术分析已有系统或新项目，优化项目设计，制造，安装,　运行和预防性检修

6. Prepare technical requirement for new equipment of project purchase , Prepare inspect program for supplier and execute material receiving inspections and FAT inspection
准备新项目设备采购的技术要求，和设备检验方案并实施到货检查或最终接受检验

7. Review and updated spare parts plan for plant and develop new supplier
回顾和更新工厂的备件计划并负责开发新的供应商

8. Prepare working instruction and continually seek opportunity to develop skills of maintenance engineer, technicians through coaching and training.
准备设备工作指导，设计培训课程，持续地提高维修工程师和技工的技能水平

Computer Skills ：
计算机技能 ：MS Office熟练应用/AutoCAD应用/SAP/计算机硬件软件
