Job Description

1, Provide timely and efficient coordination & support on HR& administration issues, and ensure to meet internal colleagues' satisfaction as well as team's objective and target.
2, Responsible Office admin follow-up;
--vehicle administration; hotel room, air-ticket reservation;
--arrange courier, stationery, drink water etc;
--office maintain & cleaning monitoring
3, Assistance to some foreigners who work in Shanghai office;
4, foreigner work permit, Visa coordination & facilitation;
5, Other job assigned from supervisor.



Skill

1,Bachelor degree in English or foreign trade majors
2, 2 year relevant working experience;
3, Adapted with multinational company culture & working style;
4, Initiative, careful & patient; work in details;
5, Nice attitude with people-caring in mind;
6, Fluent in spoken & written English.
7, Good competency of multi-task handling.
8, Proficient computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.

GAP will lead and coordinate engineering and sales activities for GETRAG Corporate Group throughout Asia.
