职位描述：

1、安排总经理日常重要工作事项和日程，及时提醒并准备相关资料；
2、协助总经理管理，并做好相关流程记录；
3、及时向公司各部门传达、催办领导的指示及交办的事项；
4、负责总经理的办公服务工作；
5、做好公司领导的相关活动接待和安排；
6、负责完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、本科（含）以上学历；英语或相关专业；
2、性格开朗、善于与人沟通，五官端正、形象气质佳，为人诚实正直，积极主动，细心负责，能够吃苦耐劳，可以承受一定的工作压力；

3、反应敏捷，条理清晰，知识结构较全面，文字功底及学习能力强，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

4、工作严谨、时间观念强、主动性高，能提前提醒领导各项工作计划；
5、.熟悉使用各种办公软件。

6、英语6级；

7、上海金山本地优先考虑；
