Job Title: Accountant

向谁报告：财务部经理

Reports to: F&A Manager

一般描述： 根据财务经理的要求，做好总帐、财务分析、应付、应收帐款、固定资产、税务等主要财务会计工作。

Job Objectives: Doing general ledger, financial analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, mainly financial and tax accounting according to the demand of F&A manager

责任描述：

Essential Duties:

1. 认真贯彻相关的法律法规、会计制度,在财务经理领导下参与财务会计制度的建立和完善；

Doing accounting work follow with the relevant laws and regulations, under the leadership of the manager to participate establishment and improvement of the financial accounting system.

2. 制作会计凭证，按期编报内外会计报表，及时反馈信息，为企业决策提供依据；

Make accounting vouchers, timely preparation and reporting of internal and external accounting statements, provide information for business decisions,

3. 固定资产折旧的计算与管理；

Depreciation of fixed assets, calculation and management

4. 核对入库产品卡片中数量及批号。

Check the product card number and lot number when the product finished in warehouse

5. 按照《会计法》和《会计档案管理办法》的规定，及时打印和装订记账凭证、会计帐页，管理好会计档案，

Timely printing and binding accounting receipts, accounts pages, manage accounting records

6. 税务处理工作, 负责制作增值税、营业税报表，及企业所得税电子申报；

Tax treatment. Calculate and pay required tax payments on schedule.

Monthly do value-added tax , business tax and corporate income tax , and electronic reporting

7. 制作完成出口免抵退整套报表，并进行申报

Deal with the import, export or foreign exchange business.

Formal declaration for Export Rebate

8. 负责境外销售发票的开具

In charge of oversea sales invoice issed

9. 负责各类统计报表的编制和申报

Responsible for the preparation and reporting of various types of statistical reports

10 .保守公司财务、项目、合同等机密；

Conservative corporate finance, projects, contracts confidential

11.主管领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

资 格：

Qualifications:

1. 相关专业本科或本科以上学历；

Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant professional

2． 2年以上相关工作经历；

More than 2 years relevant working experience

3．有较强的沟通、协调能力；

A better communication and coordination

4．具有外汇及进出口业务的知识和能力；

Owns Foreign exchange and import-export businesses knowledge and capability;

5．能满足岗位需求的专业英语；

Meet the demand for professional positions in English 6． 能满足岗位需求的计算机方面的技能；

Meet the demand for computer-related job skills;

7． 具有会计上岗证。

Owns accounting appointment certificates.
