职位描述

岗位职责 / Responsibility:
"根据路线图计划回顾项目状态,参加部门对工厂的标准化物流评审支持工作,提出改进建议,支持工厂提高物流管理水平。
According to the roadmap review project status,participant activites on support for the standardization of plant logistics assessment, make recommendations for improvement to support plant to improve the level of logistics management.
负责工厂厂内物流运作模式规划、入厂和出厂物流规划等等;参与投产初期或者生产方式变动情况下,工位车装载方式和数量、运输或者移动物流的规划
Responsible for defining the plant logistics mode of operation, inbound and outbound logistics planning; involved and defined internal logistics in the new project rampup, production layout change, milkrun concept.
按精益物流的原则对各项物流过程中涉及的人员、设备、仓库、厂内物流车辆路线等的规划;
Base on lean logistics concept make improvement for personnel, equipment, warehouses, milkrun route planning;
规划、设计仓库和车间内物流运作模式,负责仓库,物流的布局,支持车间生产线旁物料布局规划;
Plan, design warehouse and workshop logistics operation mode, responsible for updating warehouse layout, support materials flow design in the workshop
支持日常物流生产和相关改进,参与公司物流相关流程的制订;
Suport daily logistics and production trouble shot and participat logistics procedure update
支持公司统一推进的物流项目和各工厂的物流改进项目
Support logistics project rollout and plant logistcs improvement project
与物流及其它相关团队合作,跟踪,改善并总结各项物流指标
Cooperate with related departments, track improvement project and summaize the logistcs indicators
结合精益物流的原则,评估,改善物流供应商及供应商物流的服务方案;
Use lean logistics principles to assess, improve forwarders and suppliers delivery perfomance
记录和汇报日常运作中承运商的各类问题,并协调承运商进行整改,并根据实际情况和物流管理程序对承运商进行相应的考核和赔偿;
Record and report on the various problems of forwarders in daily operations and coordinate with forwarders for rectification, follow up logistics requirement conduct assessment and compensation.
协调解决承运商和公司各部门之间存在的各类问题。
Report monthly KPI of customs clearance angency
汇报报关公司的月度KPI
Guide and training team member and support department manager to provide training plan for team and follow up the training evaluation
带领并培训部门员工并支持部门经理制定员工的培训计划并跟踪培训结果
Coordinate and solve problems that exist between the forwarders and related departments of company.
工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映
Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.
接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。
