岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 新项目启动后的项目管理，协助进行项目小组的组建。
The project management when new project launch, assist to set up the project team.
- 制定项目计划，组织项目小组工作，确保项目按时完成。
Prepare the project develop plan, organize the project team’s work, assure the timing.
- 根据客户OTS交样时间对客户输入，图纸设计，原料采购，OTS样品试制，试验计划等环节进行管理，负责产品特殊特性的制定工作。
According the customer OTS timing requirement, manage the customer technique input, drawing design, raw part purchase, OTS sample making, test plan, etc..Responsible for the special characteristics.
- 跟踪OTS样品在客户的试验结果并得到相关认可。
Follow up the OTS sample test in customer side, and get release report.
- 带领项目小组获得客户的PPAP的批准。
Lead the project team to get PPAP approval from customer
- 编写新项目总结报告，并完成生产的移交。
Prepare the new project summarization, and transfer to series produce.
- 遵守集团公司项目管理流程，及时更新Engis。
Follow up management procedure in Group procedure.Update Engis on time.
- 协助部门经理对各项目状态进行跟踪，并督促各项目经理按时批产移交项目
Support department manager to follow up the status of project and push PMs to handover and SOP on time
- 支持新产品的报价工作。
Support quotation of new project
- 完成部门经理交办的任务。
