CAD DRAFTER / DESIGN ASSISTANT

Job Description

The CAD Drafter is responsible for producing accurate technical drawings under supervision in accordance with the specifications received from the client.

The candidate must:

- be efficient, fast and accurate in AutoCAD/CAD drafting

- demonstrate the ability to manage and complete projects on time, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- be passionate, cheerful, thoughtful, sensitive to trends

- be proactive in identifying construction issues and problems



Main Responsibilities:

- required to prepare and amend design/working drawings

- assist other architects and designers in the preparation and issue of building surveys, planning applications and detailed technical packages

- assists in graphic development and organization of presentation materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in interior design or architecture

- must be experienced with CAD; AutoCAD knowledge about Xrefs is preferable

- Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings

- 3D Modeling skills in AutoCAD / 3ds Max / Rhino / Sketchup a big plus

- English knowledge a big plus (but not required)
