Reflex Shanghai is looking for a telanted trainee to help on our SEM/SEO projects.

Job Position: SEM Executive / Assistant (Intern)

Description:
1. Make and implement the SEM plan.
2. In order to maximize ROI, keep monitoring the performance of campaign daily in terms of keywords.
3. Keep updating the knowledge about search engine and take it into practice.
4. Assist to complete the monthly report or period conclusion

Requirement:
1. Good English skill from aspects of listening, speaking and writing. Need to communicate with foreign colleagues frequently.
2. SEM related working experience or strong self-learning skill would be preferred.
3. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, creative and team spirit.
4. Logical thinking and ability of analyzing, understand the search engine and consumer behavior with marketing insight.
5. Can work for 5 days/week would be preferred, can work for minimum 3 days/week.

职位名称：SEM搜索引擎营销专员 / 助理（实习生）

工作职责:
1．制定并执行SEM推广计划，并对推广效果进行日常维护；
2．广告优化：通过逻辑分析对投放的关键词广告进行分析和优化，整理优化策略，最大化ROI；
3. 及时了解搜索引擎产品变化，并灵活应用到方案当中；
4．报告总结：在协助下完成客户的月报，以及短期报告。

任职要求:
1．英语六级以上，听、说、写熟练，需与外国同事无障碍沟通；
2．有相关工作经验或自主学习能力较强，可优先考虑；
3．具备良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和创新意识，有团队合作精神；
4．有较强的思维逻辑和分析能力，有市场营销的宏观概念，对互联网用户行为有一定的理解，了解搜索引擎的运营模式；
5. 每周能工作5天者优先考虑，每周至少能工作3天以上。
