提供一个友好反应迅速的服务，为每一个客人创造一个特殊的用餐体验。在 La COQUILLE 每个服务人员的主要目标是让每一个顾客有一个奇妙的用餐体验，让他们能再次返回。
？ 欢迎和迎接客人，使客人感到舒适并让他们知道你会亲自照顾他们。
？ 告知顾客今日特色菜和任何菜单上的变化。
？ 给予客人建议使客人更好的享受。
？ 回答任何有关餐厅的食品，饮料，和服务相关的问题。
？ 帮助顾客点单，然后在我们的销售系统下单。
？ 及时为客人送上食品和饮料。
？ 观察客人的用餐体验，确保店里客人对食品和服务都满意。及时礼貌的去回应和帮助顾客的任何请求。
？ 协助客人结账，处理信用卡付款并找零钱（如适用）
？ 感谢顾客的光临并希望他们下次再来。
？ 按照餐厅经理或者直属上司指示来填补任何需要的地方来确保客户的服务标准和高效运营。
Summary of Position:
Provide a friendly, knowledgeable and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for each and every one of our guests. At La Coquille, each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
？ Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
？ Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
？ Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
？ Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
？ Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
？ Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests, helping whenever and wherever possible.
？ Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
？ Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
？ Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

为什么要取名Scarpetta？Scarpetta是个和食物紧密相连的意大利单词。他的意思是用手拿着面包在盘中漩涡方向把剩余汤汁吸干净。通常，这是在家里面才会时常出现的画面，而这也恰恰符合Scarpetta乡村餐厅风格的定位。"Fare la scarpetta."

2012年7月，Scarpetta诞生。
2012年12月，Scarpetta被上海最权威的国际性门户网站SmartShanghai评为2012年度上海最佳新餐厅前5名（另外四名都是米其林背景餐厅）。
2013年4月，来自美国三藩市的米其林一星厨师加入我们，成为餐厅顾问。Chef Anna着力于开发新菜品和引入世界先进的餐饮理念，也体现了Scarpetta引领美食潮流成为上海顶尖意大利餐厅的决心和信心。
2013年7月，Scarpetta被世界顶级出版商Condé Nast旗下的权威生活类杂志Condé Nast Traveler评为2013年度全球70家最佳新餐厅之一。
