Main tasks of position holder

· Country to be handled: China.

· Market evaluations and assessment of customers’ potential (market potential, A-B-,C-Analyses).

· Realization of planning and targets according to Gallus planning process and sales budget.

· Project acquisition and customer handling based on market analyses and targets.

· Taking appropriate actions to accompany projects.

· Building and organizing relationship networks with and within customers.

· Regular target tracking and reporting of actions to MR3.

· Recommendations respective the market for innovations and development of Gallus products.

Information on competitors.

Professional competence of position holder

· Having already succeeded in sales of capital equipments.

· Being part of the Chinese packaging business network.

· General packaging market knowledge, specifically on the folding carton market.

· Management of target agreements, determination of measurements etc.

Strict focus on contractual components.
