职位描述
岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1. 负责进出口资质的申报
2. 负责产品报关相关工作，负责报关单据和客户清关文件的制作；配合财务做好核销，对账工作
3. 负责进出口订单的跟踪、单证、物流以及跟单工作中所涉及的各项内容
4. 负责货物订舱、拖柜相关工作
5. 负责进出口统计和其他相关工作
6. 负责对需要进行代理的出口相关工作的跟进并及时汇报给上级主管
7. 负责所有样品的寄递及跟踪
8. 负责跟国外客户关于所有货物出口情况的沟通
9. 负责所有国外清关单据的流向跟踪
10. 外贸主管交办的其他事宜
Foreign trade Specialist;
1. Responsible for the declaration of import and export qualification
2. Responsible for product declaration related, and is responsible for the customs declaration and clearance documents according to customer's production; Cooperate with finance to cancel after verification, reconciliation work
3. Responsible for the import and export of an order tracking, documents, logistics and documentary work involved in each content
4. Responsible for cargo booking, drag ark related work
5. Responsible for the import and export statistics and other relevant work
6. Responsible for the agency to export related follow-up work and promptly report to the competent
7. Responsible for all the samples of the delivery and tracking
8. With foreign customers about all responsible for goods exports of communication
9. Responsible for all foreign customs clearance documents of the flow tracking
10. The competent foreign trade assigned by the other matters
