Responsibilities:

• To provide hosting service design, automation, solutioning and implementation.
• To be involved in service delivery and managing customer's services.
• To perform investigation and troubleshooting to all the reported issues and to make sure that all the problems and requests are handled properly and resolved.
• To be involved in technical pre-sales activities like gathering customer requirements and assisting sales manager in solutioning and proposal.
• To lead and manage system administration of all aspects of company's systems including Windows, Linux, virtualization hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen/KVM)
• Under the instruction of the company’s strategy, organize to formulate the 3–5 years medium- and long-term product lines’ strategic plans (SP), find out product lines’ long-term potential crisis and new opportunities, support to achieve the company’s strategy and annual business objectives and product lines’ continuous development.
• Responsible for the planning and management of product lines’ new business, new solution plan, new products and new versions, and outputting high-quality Charter and the future 3–5 years product and solution roadmap. Output a 3–5 years’ product lines’ requirement plan for research, technologies and platforms from the aspect of network, customer requirement and competition, initiate and drive product lines’ technologies’ and platforms’ competitiveness improvement.
• According to the company’s cooperation strategy, product lines’ strategy and product/solutions planning layout, formulate the product lines’ cooperation strategies and plans (including pre-research, technology, platform and product), manage the product lines’ cooperate relationship and build up the cooperation resources pool in advance
• According to product lines’ annual business plan, product and solution Charter , organize to formulate and carry out the product marketing plan, responsible for the market expansion support and training at the earlier stage before launching new products (including Version V), and ensure the product be launched successfully and the profit objective be realized.
• Organize to prepare products’ launching and go-to-market materials, and responsible for the preparation and the quality of marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of in-depth working experience in Windows and Linux server system.
• 3-5 years’ experience in well-known company technical marketing operation. Experience in making great product strategies and research plans. E.g. from below companys: IBM, HP, Oracle, CISCO, Vmware, CITRIX, Google, Microsoft
• Skilled in one of the following areas: Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Cloud Management, Server, Virtual Desktop, Storage, etc.
• Microsoft/Linux certification or virtualization experience/certification is preferred.
• Have in-depth experience in service provider/internet hosting industry.
• Good knowledge of hosting technologies for web, email, database, dedicated server, virtualization/cloud platform.
• Good problem analysis and solving skills in troubleshooting and resolving cases or problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in handling customers.
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
