Job Description:

1. Responsible for company general administration affairs, including but not limited to company cars

and shuttle buses, sanitation, canteen, office supplies and stationary etc;

2. Assist to continually improve admin management process;

3. Take charge of admin budget (including forecast, follow up, continuous reduction)

4. Supervise the company’s security service to ensure security guards work efficiently and comply with

company standard;

5. Manage and maintain the proper use of company property to ensure facilities and fixed assets are

functioning properly.

6. Take charge of the office layout and adjustment based on company development.

7. Coordinate with procurement for office supplies and stationary purchasing based on the company’s

regulation.

8. In charge of the visa affairs, to provide qualified support to related staff and foreign visitors, ensure

the process well and timely performed.

9. Assist for company big activities, such as annual dinner, team building and annual traveling etc;

10. Perform other things required.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in Administration;

2. Above 3 years work experience in foreign manufacturing plant as administration is a must;

3. Skilful in PC software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;

4. Good skills in English, both written and oral;

5. Be able to work independently, good problem-solving skills;

6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good affinity;

7. Careful, precise, conscientious and strong executive force.
