1.服装,纺织品专业科班出生，大专以上学历，从事相关服装行业跟单工作5年以上； College degree or above in the related majors of Textile and Clothing,more than 5 years working experience for garment merchandiser.
2.能熟练应用office办公软件，具有较强的中英文沟通能力，能看懂全英语的邮件并回复，英语CET-4以上；
Proficient in using office softwares,Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese，Can understand the English E-mail and reply，English above CET - 4
3.熟悉欧美地区对服装的开发与大货生产的流程；、
Familiar with clothing development and production procedures from customers in European countries and USA.
4.熟悉服装生产工艺，了解制作流程，掌握一定的服装跟单技能；
Understand well for clothing workmanship,know well the production procedures,take good command of skills as a garment merchandiser.
5.能独立跟踪、控制订单的生产过程，且正确处理订单操作过程中所发生的问题；
Familiar with production technique,workmanship requirement
,procedures,skilled experience in daily follow-up orders.have strong ability to problem solutions
6.能独立与工厂进行沟通交流，妥善处理在跟单过程中出现的一些突发情况；负责对大货样版师进行技术指导；解决制版过程中版师所遇到的技术难点；
work with sewing mill closely,solve the issue during the pattern making,production,discuss with the factory pattern maker to save material,and technique communcations.
7.独立执行，完成好从开发到大货出货的各个环节。包括样衣开发，报价，采购，合同制定，生产计划安排，测试，跟踪质量，初期，中期，尾期验货安排，和物流部同事安排出货事宜。
Independently carry out and finish well through the whole order,including sample development,quotation,including work out material consumption,contract making
,production schedule,testing,quality inspection,motior the quality, report to customers,and work with our logistic department for shipment.
8.熟悉梭织,化纤面料、针织面料的应聘者优先考虑；
you will be considered our favorite candidate if you have fabric knowledge as well for knitted,chemical fiber fabric for down garment.woven fabric for men’s shirt.
9.户籍不限。

10.具有良好的沟通和协调能力；强烈的责任心和团队精神；

11.工作时间：周一～周五 9：00～17：30
Work time: Monday to Friday 9 AM ~ 5:30PM
12.能适应偶尔的出差、加班。
Adapt to travel and work overtime sometimes.however will benefit reasonable allowance.
