工作职责：

1、 在前台接待、问候港汇中心办公楼的租户，解答客户问询

2、 接受、处理客户投诉，并收集、整理投诉信息，向主管汇报

3、 定期对办公楼公共区域进行巡检（设施设备、清洁等），发现问题及时记录并汇报

4、 协助保安对出入大厦的人员进行检查，如发现可疑人员，立即报告保安部门5、 遇突发情况及时汇报并协助处理

6、 定期整理办公楼客户资料

7、 上级交办的其他工作

应聘要求：

1、 大专或以上学历，航空服务专业优先

2、 普通话及上海话标准流利，英语口语可简单交流

3、 1年左右客服/礼仪工作或实习经验，接受应届生应聘

4、 良好的服务形象，女性身高165cm或以上，男性身高174cm或以上

5、 良好的服务意识，了解客诉处理流程，具备良好的亲和力和沟通协作能力

6、 耐心细致，责任心强
