Requirements/要求
? More than 2 years’ experience of logistic/两年以上物流工作经验
? Good English skills (written and spoken)/良好的英文能力（听说读写）
? Education: collage or above/大专以上学历
? Good export and import knowledge/进出口知识
? Familiar with all transportation methods, airfreight, sea freight, truck transportation and also knowledge of express deliveries/了解各类运输方式和贸易条款，空运、海运、陆运和快递
? Strong process knowledge (shipping documents, purchasing order, customs/inspection documentations)/良好的文件处理能力（出货资料、采购订单、海关/商检文件）
? Good communication skills/良好的沟通能力


Job Description/工作描述
1. Organize transportations for manufactured goods /为货物安排运输事宜
2. Estimate pallet size and weight for deliveries with production planning/预估托盘尺寸并和生产计划为货物测重
3. Shipping documents preparing / 装运单证的制作和发出
4. Contact with customer about logistic issues, plan logistic process case by case / 和客户联络物流事宜，负责个案的具体物流事宜
5. Invoice customers and take care of packing lists/向客户发出发票并负责箱单
6. Coordinate with other departments to arrange import and export issues / 配合其他部门安排进出口事宜
7. Logistic monthly reporting/更新物流月报表
8. Other issues related to logistics / 其它和物流相关的事务
9. Complete the purchase order, confirmation and tracking delivery / 制作采购订单、订单确认以及出货追踪
10. Procurement documents, procurement contracts filed finishing and statistic analysis / 采购文件的归档以及数据统计
11. Other tasks from supervisor/主管安排的其它工作

工作地点为浦东临港新城；公司在浦东有班车接送。
