Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team to reach the company target, including on time delivery,cost management, quality control,design improvement ,documentation management for certain product.
2.To control the internal producting proecess, including purchasing,machining,assembly and stock.
3.Able to manange the on site service work for this product, distribute and arrange task to different department for implementation.
4. Responsible for the implementation of the Production Project, and coordinate to solve the problems during the process.
5. Arrange training and coaching of Production team.
6. Build up and follow up the management regul ations for Product team members.
7. Establish a good relationship with customer to jointly achieve the contractual target.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, over 8 years working experience of project or product managerment

- Diligent, independent, teamwork and can travel frequently.
- Project management experience of metellogical or heavy industry production.
- Mechanical or Mechanical & Electronics Engineering background,Good understanding of drawings
- Open mind and aggressive
- Fluent in English or German
- Excellent internal and external communication skill
- have experience of team management at least 3 years.
