Job duties:

1. Process improvement, especially soft solder(solder paste) process and Al wire bond (ribbon bond) process.

2. New process/package development.

3. New devices characterization through sample build/study.

Job Qualification:

1. College degree and above;

2. Above 3 years working experience in semiconductor, especially soft solder and Al bond process.

3. Good communication skill and English skill
