Be the head of one or several new media projects, lead project executives and project teams to ensure good performance and to achieve project objectives.

作为新媒体项目的领导人负责一个或多个新媒体项目，领导项目专员和项目团队实现项目的良好绩效，并最终实现项目目标。

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作任务及职责

● Lead team capacity planning for different projects

统筹不同项目的团队资源规划

● Involved in proposal creation and sales pitch in the pre-sales stage, help manage client expectation from the start of the project till the execution stage.

参与售前阶段的方案撰写和销售宣讲，帮助管理从项目开始阶段到项目执行阶段之前的客户预期。

● Lead project executives to plan, develop, execute new media projects by working closely with vendors/internal teams, and guide them how to monitor the project progress, analyze project data and create project reports.

领导项目专员通过与外部供应商和内部团队紧密合作来规划、设计、执行新媒体项目，并指导他们监控项目进展、分析项目数据、撰写项目报告。

● Ensure Client's requirement being well studied and best suggestion / solutions being provided based on client's enquiry

保证客户需求得到认真的分析，基于客户要求为客户提供最好的建议/解决方案。

● As the key interface with clients during project execution stage, collaborate with Company sales team to ensure client satisfaction by excellent account service

作为项目执行阶段与客户的核心接口，与公司销售团队合作，提供优质服务，保证客户满意度

● Supervise project executives to track and measure the programs and to prepare and submit project reports on a regular basis；Report the project status to management regularly.

监督项目专员对项目进行跟踪与评估，定期编制并提交项目分析报告；向管理层定期通报项目进展。

● Supervise effective and timely project document management done by sales managers

监督销售经理对项目文件进行及时有效管理。

● Lead the collecting and sharing of digital marketing promotion best practices

主导对数码营销推广最佳案例进行搜集和分享。

Skills & Knowledge / 知识与技能要求

● At least 3 years solid experience on managing digital marketing projects or website operation with min. 1-2 year of experience as a team leader

至少3年以上数码营销项目或网站运营等实际工作经验，其中至少有1-2年时间担任过团队领导职务。

● Good spoken and written English with CET 6 or TEM8 preferred

良好的英语听说读写能力，大学英语六级或专业八级优先考虑

● Proficient in MS office

熟练掌握微软办公软件

● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing with global marketing promotion insight is a plus

深度了解数字媒体营销，掌握国际市场营销、推广的精髓

● Good knowledge and experience of data collection and data analysis of online campaigns

拥有良好的在线推广数据搜集与数据分析能力与经验

● Rich experience as a project manager, good at time and people management

具有丰富的项目管理经验，擅长时间管理和人员管理

● Highly responsible and efficient, always stick to the deadline

具有高度的责任感，工作高效，恪守任务期限

● Excellent team leader with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

优秀的团队领导，具有良好的沟通、人际和演讲技巧

Education & Qualifications / 教育及资质要求

● Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, mass Media，e-Commerce, IT, project management etc.

大学本科或以上学历，数码营销、市场营销、广告、大众传媒、电子商务、信息技术、项目管理等相关专业者优先考虑。
