MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :

The function of Food and Beverage Cashier is supervised by the F&B Cashier Supervisor. The main responsibility is to see that food and beverage sales are properly recorded at the time of sales and to see that charges are timely posted to the guest folios on a timely basis.


SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

OPERATIONS
1. The proper recording of all sales of food, beverage and all other related revenues.

2. The proper accounting for and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as assigned cash float.

3. Ascertaining that all charge sales are proper and that the guest’s signature is legible, in many cases this includes ensuring the propriety of credit card charges and the proper procedure applied in obtaining authorization on excess of floor limits.

4. The proper implementation of discount privilege to gold card and other promotional discounts granted by management form time to time, including Marriott Associate Discount.

5. Preparation of an accurate Cashier’s Daily Report.

6. The accounting for all guest checks issued as either used/unused.

7. Proper implementation of control procedures on cancelled/void checks.

8. Timely delivery of supporting documents for all in house guests’ accounts to the Front Desk, regardless of whether the outlet is interfaced or not with the Fidelio FO system.

9. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the F&B Cashier Supervisor from time to time.
