1.为在沪的外籍人士提供房地产相关的咨询服务。
2.不需要开拓客户，但需服务和维护公司派发的客户。

3.熟悉上海各区域的的高端物业，协助物业顾问寻找、安排合适的高端物业。
4.为外籍人士提供售后服务，建立良好的客服关系。
5.善于与房东（境内外）进行有效地沟通与互动，保持良好的合作伙伴关系。

岗位要求
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 具有良好的英文基础，英语四级以上者。
3. 熟练掌握办公自动化。
4. 性格开朗、善于表达、有较强的沟通与协调能力。
5. 具有不怕挫折、吃苦耐劳精神，勤于外出，以客户的时间为本，可根据客户需求进行加班加点。
6. 有销售与房地产工作经验的优先。同样欢迎优秀的应届毕业生。
