职位描述
1. Responsible for producing and coordinating the preparation and the daily cooking of all cold or/and hot food and related work to the section where you are assigned to.

2. To monitor food and operating costs and control these by reducing waste

3. To ensure all food is prepared in accordance with set standards of outlet
