职位名称：市场主管（交互优化方向）Marketing Supervisor (Interactive Optimizer Oriented)
职位描述：
1、用户体验优化支持User Experience Optimization Support
　　To build up the Landing Page/FB Fan Page/Info-site Standardizing
　　(Work with Art Team & PM)；
　　To initially support website User Experience Optimization (Work with
　　Website Supervisor & Data Analysis；
Supervisor)
　　To Assist with Data Analyst and Customer Service Departure to refine
　　user feedbacks for improving the understanding of consumer insights. 　
2、内部协作Internal Coordinator
　　　To present facts and logics for reinforce Quality Assurance in terms
　　　of working procedure from other departure, as well as double-check
　　　the matching of required marketing resources；
　　　To help campaign planner ensuring all required resources would ready
　　　to launch before the deadline.

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销/广告/美术设计/网站设计相关专业优先，重点院校优先；
2、两年以上游戏行业相关经验，一年以上整站用户体验优化经验；
3、熟悉A/B测试及相关优化方法；
4、良好的团队合作意识和优秀的内部沟通能力；
5、大学英语四级及以上。
