Roles and Responsibilities
1. To develop short and mid-term strategic marketing plan to support the growth of the business.
2. To develop and implement integrated communications strategies and programs (with focus on digital marketing and customer relationship and event management).
3. To produce marketing and communications materials to support the operations.
4. To translate brand objectives into consumer language.
5. To lead and work closely with agencies and vendors to deliver the most effective marketing programs in pursuit of creativity and execution excellence.
6. To conduct market research and analyze data; to convert market insight into plans.
7. To be the “brand guardian” to make sure all the practices are in line with brand guidelines.
8. To be responsible for marketing budget to optimize the best return on investment.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. With a minimum of 5 years of brand development, marketing and communications experience in advertising agencies, fashion brands, jewelry or retail sectors; priority will be given to those with experience in FMCG and luxury sectors.
2. With well proven record of delivering successful marketing and brand plans.
3. With solid experience in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and event management.
4. High literacy in market research and capable to analysis data and turn them into marketing and communications plan.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in both English and Chinese.
6. Ability to handle multi-task efficiently.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Effective customer service skill.
9. Problem-solving skill and analytic skill.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in marketing, business, advertising or journalism.
2. Traits and characters: passionate, entrepreneurial, “can do” spirit, strong leadership and inter-personal communications skill, outstanding team player, creative and analytical.
3. With international exposure in personal or professional life.
