Responsibilities:

1. Support engineers to coordinate the service internally and externally.

2. Responsible for collecting customer inquiry and making record, ensuring coordination with relevant person.

3. Responsible for making service quotation and supporting engineers about the spare part management.

Qualification / Additional Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electrical/electronic
2. Language skill: English CET 6 or above, very good in oral, writing, read and translation.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organization ability.
5. Ability of administrative work. strong knowledge of MS Office, the experience of CRM system will be a plus.
