财务、会计专员

工作地点：上海-嘉定南翔

岗位职责：

1. 处理公司账务、会计核算、报表编报、税务处理及其他相关日常财务工作；

2. 确保每月度准时、准确地完成符合当地规定的财务、税务相关申报；

3. 制定和完善财务以及会计制度、程序和控制；

4. 每月度、季度的财务数据预测和年度预算的准备;

5. 配合外部审计公司完成公司年度审计工作；

6. 固定资产管理；

7. 与海外相关财务部门以及内部职能部门保持良好的沟通与数据更新；

8. 其他相关上级布置的相关财务工作；

任职资格：

1. 具有会计从业资格证，财务会计或金融类专业本科及以上学历；
2. 2年以上工作经验，熟悉相关财务制度，熟练使用财务软件；

3. 英语四级以上，口语良好，可以与海外公司电话和邮件沟通日常工作，并编制相关英文会计报表；

4. 熟练运用相关办公软件，如MS OFFICE.

Responsibilities:
1 Be responsible for daily financial operations and general ledger administration;
2 Ensure accurate and transparent monthly statutory reporting and accounting closing for local and corporate book;
3 Develop and revise finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls ;
4 Monthly & Quarterly financial forecasting and annual budgeting prepare ;
5 Work on Annual audit with outsourcing financial company;
6 Fixed Assets management;
7 Keep good communication with other functional department both indoors and overseas;

8 Other tasks assigned by higher level;

Requirement:
1 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
2 Min.2 years of financial management experience involving operational & financial functions in an international business environment;
3 Fluency in English (over CET-4), could communicate with overseas via Tele and mail on daily jobs and financial statement report in English as well;
4 Advanced user of the MS office tools.
