1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、按照公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；
3、协助实施公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划；
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
5、起草公司工作计划总结，并作好公司重要会议记录；
6、起草、存档整理经理签发文件；
7、公司管理制度、规章制度，网页设计方案书、合同书，公司总体运行配合;
8、接听经理电话、妥当应答，并做好电话记录；
9、掌握经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行；
10、完成经理或综合管理部经理交办的其他工作；
11、根据公司发展的要求制定人力资源战略；
12、设计并完善公司人力资源结构；
13、完成公司人力资源的日常招聘工作；
14、完善公司绩效考核制度。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；英语六级以上，口语流利；
2、2年以上外贸相关领域工作经验， 或秘书、助理工作经验不少于1年工作经验；
3、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
4、熟练运用各种办公软件；
5、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。
