本科以上学历，机械或汽车等相关专业
2. Experience in mechanical part is preferred
(casting/molding/stamping/assembly process)
有机械配件相关工作经验优先（铸件/铸模/冲压/装配加工）
3. Strong management and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels within the supplier organizations
较强的沟通能力，能够有效地各供应商互动沟通
4. Ability of reading, writing and oral communication in English is a plus
具有较强的英文听说读写能力者优先
5. Joint venture or foreign company work experience is preferred
有在合资或独资汽车行业工作经验者优先

任职要求：1、专科及以上学历，专业不限
2、具有1年以上销机械类的工作经验优先聘用
3、具有较强的工作责任心，做事细心
4、具有较强的沟通协调能力，亲和力强
5、熟练使用WORD，EXCEL等办公软件
6、具有良好的团体合作能力

Responsibilities 职责:


1. Establish the procedure for supplier audit, evaluation, goal and development
   建立质量体系中有关供应商的评审、评价、目标及供应商体系开发等工作
2. Cooperate with purchasing engineer for potential supplier selection and evaluation
   与采购工程师配合，参与国内潜在合格供应商的选择和评价
3. Carry out process audit, review the suppliers critical processes, assure critical items / characteristics will be detected during plant in-process quality review (visual / poke yoke)
   开展产品过程审核，评审供应商的关键生产工序，确保生产过程中关键特性以目视或者防错的方法识别
4. Carry out Run Rates at the suppliers plant, implement feasibility studies at suppliers
   生产产能分析，供应商可行性分析
5. Schedule / manage PPAP, APQP meetings. Follow up and close all open issues regarding PPAP, APQP. Monitor and assure timings of PPAP，ensure new projects launch at the milestone
    组织开展PPAP，APQP会议，跟踪并关闭所有的未尽事宜；监控PPAP时间进度，确保新项目在时间节点成功启动
6. Understand and liaise with suppliers about requirements of purchasing, quality and technical Dept
    理解公司采购，质量及技术方面的要求并跟供应商交流
Handle supplier quality issues and develop appropriate corrective/preventive action
    及时，有效地处理供应商的质量事故并做出相应的纠正、预防措施
7. Collect supplier’s monthly performance based on Measurement of Performance (PPM, Delivery & Concerns) and monitor the continuous improvement
    负责对供应商月度质量业绩（PPM, 及时交付）的统计及评价工作， 并对供方的持续改进予以监控
8. Support purchase manager to set up supplier management procedure
   协助采购经理制定供应商管理流程
9. Other duties assigned from supervisor
   完成上级其他交付的其他工作
