职位描述:

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限。
2、性格开朗，形象气质佳，具备基本社交礼仪，良好的服务意识，沟通能力及团队合作能力
3、能够熟练使用办公软件以及办公设备
4、有较强的应变能力及学习能力。
5、有一年以上的行政工作经历者优先考虑。

岗位职责：
1、接听，转接电话，接待来访人员；
2、行政事务：办公用品采购，发放，管理，收发传真、邮件、快递及复印文档等；
3、人事管理：招聘相关事务，员工档案及考勤管理。
4、完成公司安排的其它工作

本职位应聘者请附照片，一经录用，待遇从优。公司缴纳社保，提供双休，享有国家法定节假日。
