职位描述：
1、 负责进行公司线上和线下的市场战略规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案

2、 进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据

3、 建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，电子商务、网络营销等相关专业。
2、5年以上大中型电子商务企业高层电商运营管理经验，有经营国际时尚品牌或服装品牌运营经验尤佳。

3、具备丰富的电商策略制定能力、电商推广策划能力，熟悉网络销售渠道建设和互联网营销工具，有成功案例者和策划构建电子商务平台经验者优先。
