职位描述

? Supports the field strategic planning team on their Vision Planning, 3-1Q, etc, supporting them to strategically map out the assigned territory or assigned market for McDonald’s long term profitable growth through increasing market share and penetration of McDonald’s in the IEO industry of China.
? To promote fact-based culture within development team respecting sales projection, market planning, impact analysis, customers survey , P&L accuracy.
? Key customers are Field Strategic Planning team and new store development team.

Strategic Planning – Vision Plan/PMO
? Act as main resource and subject matter expert to support field strategic planning teams on their Vision Planning, 3-1Q, Market Mapping.
? Codify field mapping process and results; promote and ensure quality control standards in the execution of the PMO plan in each region
? Work with field planners to calibrate their site sales volume estimates; ensure fact-based methods are used, i.e. capture rates & PPFA method, Comparable stores, etc.
? Communicates and implements National, Regional and Corporate policies and procedures to the field strategic planning team
? Validates quality of field mapping/market quest/site packages to ensure the format and flow of these packages follow the working manual. Most important, the package information must be complete, update and accurate.

Analytics
? Provides Trade Area related data analysis that highlights opportunities and threats to the field based on current information.
? Supports research and analysis project in the field which facilitate the sales estimation accuracy, i.e. pre-opening customer survey, TAS, post analysis etc, building objective data base when doing market prioritization, TA prioritization, sales Projection
? Validates the fact-base data that collected by the field team, such as fair-market rental, pedestrian count, etc, working on related analysis, providing insight, maintains database leveraging the system & tools.

Relationships
? Maintains positive working relationships with the field real estate teams, especially the strategic planning team, other McDonald’s departments and other outside organizations.
? Partners and communicates with field personnel from any markets, as required, on a project by project basis.

Building Development Capability
? Supports tools developed for field development personnel providing value added information that is easy to use, readily interpreted, fast and accurate.
? Actively be involved in the user testing for any new system and tools that developed by MCCL strategic planning team
? Support the generation and delivery of training materials for the development process, models and tools.
