Main responsibilities will be to:
- provide technical support to local partners
- provide assistance to Distributors and System Integrator on designing and implementing our software (business trip to be expected 25% )
- help our sales team to set up tests platforms or software demo to potential customers
- help our sales team propose technical solution and write tenders for our partners
- provide technical training to our partners and customers once familiar with PcVue product
- perform software testing in collaboration with French and US colleague
- occasionally translate technical document from English to Chinese.

- 为国内客户提供技术支持
- 协助代理商和系统集成商设计开发项目（需经常出差）
- 协助售前团队来为潜在客户建立设计测试平台或演示平台
- 参与售前工作，协助售前团队写标书等工作
- 通晓本公司产品知识，给客户和合作伙伴提供产品培训
- 与国外同事一起完成产品测试
- 翻译相关技术文件，英译汉

The candidate will show:
- Good understanding of the Automation industry, its actors and market;
- Excellent communication skills and be a team player
- Excellent proven interpersonal skills with customers supported by projects’ experience/
- Rigorous organization skills
- Excellent writing skills, ability to write concise report and complex documents (technical and pre-sales)
- Good presentation and self-starter attitude

Languages: advanced spoken and fluent written English.

Computer Skills:
- Experienced user in Windows environment (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008)
- Experience with SCADA software such as Intouch, Ifix, Force Control, KingView
- Advanced skills in SQL Server preferred, knowledge with Historian a plus
- Familiar with Client/Server architectures and real time data communication
- Advanced skills in VBA and C++
- Web programming languages a plus (Visual Studio.Net, etc.)
