工作职责
- 建立客户/潜在客户清单，档案；
- 开发新客户，在授权范围内与客户签订服务合同；
- 维护客户关系；
- 监督及跟踪客户职位进展，以确保客户满意；
- 定期与客户沟通，取得客户对服务状况的反馈；
- 顾问与客户沟通发现问题时，帮助顾问了解客户需求，确定搜索方向；
- 跟踪并确保客户付款状况；
- 以最佳方式向客户/潜在客户宣传公司的优势。

任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，1年及以上电话销售行业或猎头BD经验，有可被证明的优秀业绩者优先，石油化工行业猎头经验优先；
- 善于自我学习，自我激励，在高压力下完成工作目标；
- 强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，且具有良好的服务意识；
- 优秀的人际沟通能力；
