岗位职责：

1、 负责公司日常行政事务包括会议安排，样品寄送，机票及酒店预订，文件整理，办公用品采购，现金账目管理等

2、 客户沟通：接听电话，接待公司客户，组织展会、研讨会等活动

3、 完成法籍总裁交代的其他任务


岗位要求：

1、 本科以上学历，形象好，气质佳；普通话标准；

2、 喜欢化妆品行业，了解美容护肤基本知识；

3、 主动能力较强；

4、 一年或以上文秘、经理助理经验，有化妆品行业相关经验者优先；

5、 懂英语优先

6、 熟练使用各种办公室软件,会设计软件更佳。


性格要求：

1、 耐心；细致，勤奋，努力；有独立处事能力，

2、 思维清晰；品行端正；抗压能力强。


Responsibilities:

1 Daily administrative affairs including arrangement of meeting, shipment of samples, hotel and plane booking, classifying documents, purchase of stationery, cash operations etc…

2 Communication : Reply company’s calls, welcome company’s guests, organization of events like exhibition and seminar

3 Complete other tasks entrusted by the French manager


Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above, good presentation, good temperament; standard Mandarin;

2 Be interested in cosmetics industry with basic knowledge of skin care;

3 Being active;

4 Having one year or more secretarial assistant experiences, cosmetics industry experience is preferred;

5. English is preferred

6. Good skills of office software, knowing design software is better.

2 Clear Spirit; honest; resistant to stress.
