Job Summary
To overtake the responsibility of logistics (including both import and export) and inventory management independently under the supervision of the department leader.
Main Responsibilities
Procurement:
1. Under the instruction to implement procurement activities;
Logistic:
1. Prepare and follow up shipment;
2. Collaborate with agent with export and license processes;
3. In charge of import/export process follow up in coordination with our service provider;
4. Support and arrange logistics for Chinese customers.
Inventory/stock Management:
1. Manage the inventory to ensure the safety stock level;
2. Update the inventory on a daily basis;
3. Implement monthly stock count to issue the report before analyzing the result and propose improvement on stock management;
4. Follow up A4 rules carrying out material in/out files archive.
Other tasks assigned by company
Competency and Skills Required
1. College education or above and male preferred;
2. Prior experience in logistics/inventory management for 1-2 years;
3. Familiar with import/export regulation and operation procedure;
4. Expertise in multi-environment communication;
5. Ability to work under pressure and strong problem solving skill;
6. Ability to prioritize own workload and work independently;
7. Stable, honest with strong responsibility and teamwork;
8. Detail-oriented and be able to work precisely;
9. Possess enthusiasm, perseverance;
10. English reading/writing with strong PC skills;
11. Preferable with driving license.
