We Want:
1. College or university degree with at least 5 years of working experience
2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work effectively with senior candidates, regional leaders
and colleagues
3. Fluency in English
4. Leadership potential = A winning mindset, taking initiatives to add value in a dynamic team-based environment
5. Client-facing experience ideal (but not required)
6. Business acumen
7. Self-motivated and organized

The main duties of Consultant include:
1. Plan, identify and develop potential key accounts for various HR outsourcing products (including Placement, Search,
Contract Placement, Payroll Outsourcing, etc).
2.Source best-fit candidates.
3.Reverse-sell candidates to clients.
4.Lead in interviewing and shortlisting of candidates.
5.Provide pofessional consultation on employment markets.
6.Manage candidates and clients to close assignments successfully.
7.Accounts Receivables (AR) collections within 30 days.
8.Practice and inculcate the 6 core values.
9.Embrace and immerse into the energy of making positive differences to everyone that crosses your path and travel this path from inner-positiveness.
10.Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
11.Realise PeopleSearch’s Mission and practise teamwork philosophy.
12.Any other administrative duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Director.
13.Collaborate strongly with team members in achieving Group’s objectives.
