1、本科及以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验
2、英文书面及口头沟通能力须精通
3、电子商务行业运营经验，对仓储管理、结算对帐方式、技术需求方面有了解，
4、熟悉B2C业务模式，具备良好的电子商务市场分析能力和流程规划能力；
5、能够熟练操作OFFICE工具,尤其是PPT和EXCEL
工作职责：
1、负责公司所合作知名品牌的官方商城、淘宝商城, 天猫旗舰店的整体运营工作
2、根据公司业务指标，达成各品牌及店铺的销售任务
3、主导与品牌方沟通，及与品牌方业务往来，维护良好的客户关系
4、根据业绩、市场反馈等，及时调整市场策略与内容，保证运营目标的持续达成
5、根据公司经营方针和部门业务需要，合理设置部门组织结构和岗位，优化业务流程，合理配置人力资源，开发和培养员工能力
6、上级交办的其它事宜
