1、微软平台产品了解广泛。
2、精通相关的开发软件和框架，如：C#，ASP.NET 2.0，.NET 3.0，MVC 等。
3、熟练进行SQL Server数据库管理和开发，具备Web应用开发经验。
4、熟悉ASP，.NET，XML/XSLT，DHTML，jQuery，JavaScript 和 JSON。
5、熟悉软件项目代码单元测试，及程序模块的后期维护。
6 、熟悉（CRM），ERP，WMS，电子商务平台经验者优先。
7、良好的英文技术文档阅读能力、书写能力。
8、强烈的责任心、良好的团队合作精神、较强的学习能力。
工作职责：MS 高级软件工程师 ASP NET
**英文听说读写流利者优先考虑及口头沟通能力须精通
1、根据系统设计方案、项目开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。
2、完善公司系统，完成项目接口API、开发工作。
3、按照工作进度和编程工作规范编写系统中的关键模块、关键算法的程序。
4、所编写的程序进行严格的综合测试，测试软件模块和软集成产品，进行软件故障的诊断、定位、分析和调试，以实施产品测试方案。
5、编写文档以实施软件文档计划，管理相关软件文档。
6、参与项目需求分析,进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。
7、配合制定开发项目中的项目源代码、数据备份策略、以及工作流程与规范。
8、协助部门经理开展本项目组员工的绩效考核工作。
