职位职责：
Job Responsibility:
根据企业的整体发展战略目标，确定市场发展策略和计划。
把握目标市场趋势，确定销售目标及计划。
确定业务拓展开发流程，与市场客户进行沟通和谈判。
持续开发并推进重点合作项目。
与相关部门沟通协调，确保项目符合要求。
整合公司各类资源，不断创新各类合作模式。
Make marketing development strategy and plan according to company’s development.
Be well known marketing trade, make sale target and proposal.
Definite the business exploring procedure, communicate and negotiate with clients.
Keep exploring and pushing important projects
Cooperate with other team members and make sure projects fit order.
Combine company’s technology, renovate project mode.

职位要求：
Job Requirement:
本科及以上学历，出色的英语听说读写能力。
相关3-5年工作经验，需有广告、市场、信息行业的工作经验。有在数字互动行业工作经验者优先考虑。
较强的市场分析能力，有一定的市场资源。
Bachelor or above degree,
Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
3-5 years advertising, marketing and communication industry is required. Interactive digital experience is a bonus.
