Main responsibilities:

Quality Manager
1, Philosophies ISO9001 total Quality Management, and methodologies of Continuous Improvement.
2, Responsible for the Quality Management System in China
3, Responsible for arranging external audit and arranging and conducting internal audit
4, Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
5, Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
6, Ensure that operations practices are properly executed to comply with quality standards.
7, Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
8, Considering the application of environmental, health and safety standards.
9, Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
10, Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
11, Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
12, Ensuring procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that modifications are investigated if necessary.
13, Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
14, Insuring systematic analyzing of product quality and development of the product quality system,
15, Frequently reporting to Top Management on the Quality Management System and product quality
16, Close cooperation cross organizational regarding all quality issues
17, And other tasks appointed by top managements

Process Optimization Manager
1, Cross functional Project Manager for Process Optimization
2, Analyzing and evaluating the current processes
3, Proposing on how to improve the processes
4, Carrying out the initiatives to ensure that the processes are quality-driven, efficient and the organization at all time is flexible and agile


Requirement:

1, Minimum three years working experience in Quality Management Systems
2, Must be knowledgeable about international standards such as ISO 9000 quality management standards
3, Must have experience with quality management system implementation
4, Able to work under high pressure and self-motivated

Preferred candidate:
1, Bachelor or above degree in related fields preferred
2, Six Sigma Certificated, Green belt or Black belt
3, Experience with people management or project management
4, Sufficient knowledge and experienced on inspection of electronic products
5, Sufficient experience with process validation of electronic products
