Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Profile:

This is an important and highly valued role necessary to ensure professional management the supply chain function within the Silverline group and Baijiasheng.

Reporting to the Sourcing manager for the category.

BJS is a growing Chinese registered trading company & subsidiary of a European group of companies with approximately 20 employees.

· Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 1 year experience in a similar role.

· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Good knowledge of export business.

· Fluent Mandarin.

· Degree qualified.

· Applications/CV must be submitted in English.

· Intermediate to advance excel skills.

General:

- Manage the purchase order cycle to ensure OTIF shipments.

- Develop & maintain detailed reporting for each stage of the PO cycle and produce

frequent management summaries.

- Contribute towards supply chain strategy and planning as well as overall sourcing

strategy.

- Strong focus on consistency, accuracy and diligence.

- Demonstrable project management skills.

- Research and investigate supply chain best practices & supply chain theory and

develop implementation plans for the implementation of any subsequently agreed

initiatives.

Communication:

- Manage key communication touch points with UK supply chain teams, suppliers and 3PL.

- Work closely with QA team to co-build accurate QC plans.

- Push out SKU level shipment forecasts to suppliers, reconcile any potential issues,

but ultimately deliver OTIF.

- Work with UK supply chain teams to continuously improve supply chain planning

accuracy.

- Build relationships with suppliers

- Produce supplier analytics vs. KPIs: by month, YTD & YOY.

- Good negotiation skills required.
