Application Engineer-Industrial
汇报对象：Sales Manager-Industrial
工作地点：上海浦东
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Report to Team Leader in China and corresponding structure at headquarters in Germany.
1.) Application
- Technical customer support.
- Type Introduction (in co-ordination with RODE and STDE)
- Serial Changes
- Type Changes
- Installation Proposal (New EIVO), incl. reading / using of customer provided CAD data.
- Co-ordination of Customer Drawings and/or Specifications / Requirements.
- Arrange / Agree / get customer approval for Technical changes.
- Suggest / find alternative(s) – (e.g. via Stab-O-Net, RODE and/or SBI).
- Technical Trainings (Customers / employees / Distributors).
- Support Innovation activities.
- Arrange / clarify special (product) releases.
- Technical product improvements.
- Issue specification sheets and get approval(s) in the development stages with customers.
2.) Technical Support
- Issue / plan customer visits.
- Customer support in reference to the projects.
- Build strong / personal relation(s) to construction / development and innovative department(s) / person (s) at customer(s), together with the responsible ASM as well as work on necessary customer activities and realize these in due time.
- Support of the ASM’s during projects, especially when new projects and models.
3.) Organization:
- Manage, maintain and follow up of the project list.
- Issue visit reports.
- Technical support in issuing quotes.
- Technical support when handling claims.
- Support of ASM’s in terms of handling incoming documents with technical contents.
- Manage and maintain drawings and related releases / sing offs, etc. at STCN.
- Verify, manage and maintain Technical agreements of customers.
4.) Other responsibilities:
- Visit of Exhibitions and Shows.
- Following the Passive Control within SBI.
- The employee is to follow existing procedural requirements and well as
operating procedures.
Qualifications资质条件:
- Bachelor degree major in ME or equivalent;
机械类专业,本科以上教育背景
- At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry as product/application engineer;
至少3年及以上机械行业产品设计或其应用方面的工作背景
- Knowledge of the standard Microsoft programs and basic CAD knowledge are essential.
必须具备微软标准程序知识与CAD基础
- Interested in application to engineering development
有志于向应用工程方向发展；
- Open-minded, good at communication;
具有开放性思维与良好的沟通能力
- Fluent language skills in English.
流利的英语交流能力。
