Tax Refund – International business
1) All accounting checking and booking related toTax Refund including SAP input.
及时完成出口退税相关的会计核算、账务处理;
2) Checking and dealing all related documents related to Tax Refund Process in time.
对出口退税所需的单据进行审核及处理,及时和准确地完成退税申报
3) Organize and coordinate related departments (internal) and business partners( external suppliers and logistic partners) to fulfill the TAX refund task accurately and on-time.
协调和督促业务及相关部门配合做好出口退税工作;
4) Preparing the report to TAX bureau for the portion without refund ( monthly)
及时跟进每月出口不退税数据的原因,出具报表并及时上报国税
Cashier – Domestic business
1. Check office and staff expense report according to company policy
2. Invoice list checking with customers and suppliers
3. Handle all payments and receipts for cash
4. Handle foreign currency payment /receipt declaration and other SAFE issues.
5. Other bank related issues, receipt checking, annual inspection, certification changing…
Qualification and experience
? At least 3 years work experience in Tax Refund, familiar with the whole process
? Familiar with all the topics related to Tax refund, such as exchange rate, documents, foreign exchange verification, export term…
? Familiar with national export policy
? SAP or other ERP experience will be plus
? Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills
Education
? Bachelor degree with major in accounting or international trade with accountant certification
Language
? Good in both written and spoken English
? Native is Chinese
Additional Capability
? Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
? Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills
? Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivation
