岗位职责：
1. 主管负责销售订单在公司内部的运作及流程
2. 负责编制项目订单的进度计划
3. 有义务协助销售人员处理客户提出的交货期，进度计划，技术图纸及报价等问题
4. 负责调动和支配公司内部各种资源为各个项目不同时期的均衡发展服务
5. 协调和处理公司同客户，公司同供货商以及供货商同客户之间的关系
6. 协调和处理公司内部各个部门之间在项目进行中产生的问题
7. 负责审定核准各个供货商及公司内各部门提出的采购申请
8. 负责物流和发货计划，组织实施
9. 其他与项目有关的管理工作
任职资格：
1. 机电工程类专业或其它相关专业本科以上学历，MBA优先
2. 五年以上机械加工或工业企业管理工作经验，有塑料制品加工或管理经验者优先考虑
3. 良好的英语书写及交流能力，会德语优先
4. 熟练使用Windows Office软件，会AUTOCAD者优先
5. 有过人的沟通、表达和组织协调能力，能承受较强的工作压力
6. 责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神
