市场开拓
职位描述：
1、以公司市场部为平台来开拓房地产商、政府机构、投资机构客户。
2、负责项目情报调查、收集；客户维护电话/登门拜访、建立日常联络。
职位要求：
1、房地产或建筑规划设计行业相关市场业务工作经历；
2、负责根据公司战略挖掘和开拓新客户及新的业务机会；
3、与老客户建立良好关系，维护公司良好形象，并开拓新的项目机会；
4、与其他部门协调合作，以保证与客户建立长期合作关系；
5、具有良好的口头及书面表达能力，在谈判组织、客户服务意识等方面具有独特优势良好与能力；
6、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调执行能力；
7、具有极强的敬业精神和责任感，能胜任高强度工作；
8、经济类、建筑、规划设计、房地产类等相关专业，本科以上学历。

Market Development
Job Description:
1. Take the company marketing department as platform to expand real estate developers, government agencies, investment institutions clients.
2. In charge of project intelligence investigation and collection, make client telephone calls or site visits to establish routine contact.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant market working experience in Real estate or Architecture design industry.
2. According to the company’s strategy, responsible for exploring and developing new clients and new business opportunities.
3. Establish good relationship with regular clients, maintain a positive corporate image, and develop new project opportunities.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure long-term relationship with clients.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills; Good at negotiation and providing services.
6. With teamwork spirit, strong communication, coordination and execution skills.
7. Have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, can have high-intensity work.
8. Bachelor degree or above in major of Economics, Architecture, Planning and design, Real estate, or other related professionals.
