资深J2EE 顾问

职位描述：

1. 负责收集并分析客户的各项需求，包括业务领域和技术领域；

2. 识别相关的需求，并提供相应的技术解决方案（主要是J2EE技术领域）；

3. 带领团队现场支持和开发，包括具体的需求分析、功能设计、技术设计、开发、测试、发布上线等；

4. 进行客户应用系统的日常维护和支持，主要包括客户现场常驻、bug修订、功能完善等；

5. 建立良好的客户关系，获得客户对公司及个人的认可；

6. 承担公司解决方案的研发和设计职能，促成解决方案的产品化和市场化。

招聘要求：

1. 专科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；

2. 语言表达流畅、思维清晰、善于沟通，富有责任感，有良好团队协作能力；

3. 富有学习激情，具有较强学习能力，能够承受一定工作压力；

4. 具有三年以上的J2EE开发经验，一年以上的项目管理经验。熟悉Struts, Spring, Hibernate等框架；

5. 熟悉软件开发流程，能够带领技术人员完成需求分析、功能设计、技术设计、开发、测试、发布上线整个过程；

6. 具有一定的项目管理经验，包括计划管理、资源控制、成本控制等方面的知识；

7. 具有一定的业务流程、功能的理解和分析能力，能够根据需求设计技术方案；

8. 熟悉常用的应用服务器的产品配置，例如Tomcat, WebSphere 或WebLogic；

9. 能够常用数据库的SQL语言，例如DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE；

Senior J2EE Consultant

Description:

1. Identify and document the functional and non-functional requirements

2. Analyze the requirements and propose related solutions(mainly in J2EE field)

3. Lead team to implement the full-cycle project, including business analysis, function design, technique design, development, testing and go-live

4. Daily on-site support and maintenance of the application, including bug fixing and system enhancement

5. Build up good relationship with client and achieve their recognition

6. Participate in the solution design and marketing support of company’s service product

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, major in computer science or related field

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good team work skills

3. Solid learning ability with passion for new technology, be able to work under pressure

4. 3+ years J2EE development including 1 year’s project management experience, familiar with the framework of Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.

5. In-depth knowledge of software development process, be able to lead a team to perform the full lifecycle of a project including requirement analysis, function design, technical specification, coding, testing and go-live

6. Prior project management role would be a plus, including schedule management, resource deployment and cost control

7. Understanding of business process and function, capable of working out technical solution based on requirement

8. Familiar with JAVA application server such as Tomcat, WebSphere or WebLogic

9. Hands-on working in database language such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE
