A well-known USD Private Equity/Hedge Fund is looking for a Finance Analyst.

Position: Finance Analyst
Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
l Responsible for the fund's internal accounting and finance function;
2 Responsible for preparation of financial reports, performance analysis and finical modeling;
3 Responsible for preparation of shareholders reports and tax filings;
4 Coordinate with audit firm to implement annual audit;
5 Perform financial due diligence on potential deals, assist the investment managers in monitoring the portfolio companies.

Qualifications:
l Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with recognized accounting professional qualifications;
2 At least 5 years solid financial management experience;
3 Competent with management accounting and costing is essential;
4 Previous experience with funds is preferred;
5 Strong English and Mandarin skills are required.
