职责

Responsibilities

1. 贯彻国家安全生产的法律、法规和标准；

To implement State laws, regulations and standards on safe production;

2. 协助制订公司安全生产规章制度和安全技术操作规程；

To assist in establishing company’s safety systems, regulations and operating procedures;

3. 开展安全生产检查，发现事故隐患，督促有关业务部门及时整改；

To conduct the safety inspection, find out potential accidents, and urge the related

departments to take corrective actions;

4. 开展安全生产宣传、教育培训，总结和推广安全生产的经验；

To conduct the work of safety publicity and training, summarize and spread the safe

production experience;

5. 参与新建、改建、扩建的建设项目安全设施的审查，管理和发放劳动防护用品；

To participate in the examination on the safety facilities of newly-built, re-built and

extended construction projects, manage and distribute the personal protective equipment;

6. 协助调查和处理生产安全事故，进行伤亡事故的统计、分析，提出报告；

To assist in investigating and handling accidents related to safe production, making

statistics and analysis of the accidents causing casualty and submitting the report;

7、开展员工职业健康检查/公司环境管理。

To carry out the work of occupational health examination for employees and

company’s environmental management
