Main objective is to plan the quality of new products and processes in order not to have quality problem during serial production

- Participate to project team as one of the project team core members

- Coordinate product optimisations loops to lead to product according to specifications and drawing

- Assure the quality of the delivered products to customer during pre lunch phase till SOP

- Customer contact in pre-launch phase for all quality related issues

- Creation of control plan, quality control sheets and other quality documents

- Follow internal part release process (try out, measurements...)

- Prepare PPAP package to customer

- Coordinate customer quality audits connected with new and pre-lunch phase projects

For new buy parts during project development

- Implement pre-assessment and process audit to supplier with supplier manager

- Participate in the RFQ process with Supplier Component Review to ensure a defect-free process through supplier development

- Follow up the supplier APQP progress and manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations during this phase

- Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied

- Monitor and approve supplier's PPAP

Basic requirement

- Technical Bachelor degree (chemistry, mechanical..)

- Min 3 years experience in quality in Automotive industry mandatory

- Very good English spoken and written

- In good physical conditions, can meet post demands
