Job Responsibilities职责:
1. Prepare and review all kinds of accounting vouchers
编制和复核费用，销售，应收，各种成本及其他会计凭证
2. Deal with accounting transaction and cost calculation in ERP system
在ERP系统进行账务处理和成本及加工单核算，每月检查原材料和产成品成本核算的准确性，并每月调整和纠正差异
3. Responsible for clearing and checking the balance of every account and sub-account accurately and timely, checking if balance of general ledger match with that of sub-models. Confirm the expense is put into right account and cost center
每月核对每个会计科目和子科目的余额，同时检查总帐余额与ERP的各子模块余额是否一致,检查所有费用是否归属于正确的会计科目和成本中心
4. Make and provide accounting reports to shareholders timely which are in line with new PRC GAAP, prepare statistic reports
根据PRC新会计准则的要求及时编制、准时报送投资双方要求的会计报表及各种统计报表
5. Verify VAT invoices, calculate and declare tax reports timely and fill in related tax detailed report required by tax bureau
认证各类增值税发票，按时核算和申报各种税务报表，并按时填写各种税务部门要求的各类明细和调查报表
6. Coordinate to finish annual audit, foreign exchange audit, settlement and payment of the yearly enterprise income tax and business audit etc.
协调完成年度审计，外汇审计和年度汇算清缴及工商年检等工作
7. Stick vouchers made by himself/herself. Collect, manage and keep accounting archives
整理，粘贴自己的凭证，协助做好财务会计档案的搜集、整理、保管工作
8. Other jobs appointed by CFO
CFO分配的其他工作

Job Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree in Accountancy, more than two years working experience in accounting in manufactory industry
会计专业本科学历，2-3年制造行业会计相关工作经验
2. Experience in cost accounting and ERP system is a major advantage
有成本核算和ERP经验者优先
3. Computer literate at least in Microsoft words, PowerPoint and Excel
熟练运用Microsoft words, PowerPoint, Excel等office工具
4. Good command of English
良好的英文沟通能力
5. Easy going, team player, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
易相处，团队意识，细心，抗压力强
